… So our family needs your prayer! =)
A quick update -
We have seen some amazing movement forward in translating the Bible and getting worship songs recorded for the first time ever in new languages, ministering to nations across the globe from Kona!
Jeff has been instrumental in sending out dozens of equipment sets to outreach teams, that have been facilitating Bible translation on several continents.
Cheri has been invited to speak at the School of Worship that is currently running at the YWAM Honolulu base about OMT and cultural redemption, including sharing with their entire campus about OMT.
We are hoping for a greater movement to be stirred across the Pacific islands in translating the Word of God from these meetings! They are looking to shift their outreach teams and even an upcoming Pacific island YWAM gathering to be more translation-focused, including songwriting! Please pray for these initiatives!
Jeff is full-time staff with this quarter’s School of Worship, helping to train and disciple the next generation of worship leaders.
He has also a part of our corporate worship leadership. Helping plan worship and service times here on campus, as well as manage the main gathering facility, Ohana Court. It hosts worship and ministry, fun and family, and outreaches in the space, and Jeff helps coordinate everyone and every event. Whew! Of course it's a lot but the fruit is amazing. In March, we sent 65 teams to 44 nations! And just this week, we welcomed around 300 more students plus families to be trained as missionaries.
Additionally, Jeff is also serving at our church. which has seen rapid growth since new pastors came in about this time last year! He just finished reinstalling the entire sound system and adding new in-ear monitors.
We have nearly completed our first year of homeschooling for the boys! They have done SO well, we couldn’t be more proud of their growth and their loving hearts!
