Thank you for your prayers!
A brief update in response to our prayer request email earlier this month!
Cheri had the opportunity to fly over to the YWAM Honolulu base and share on Redeeming Cultures and Oral Mother Tongue (OMT) Bible translation, and it was wild!
The power of prayer was SO tangible - it was clear that this was going to be a unique week for the Lord to move and change hearts, and wow He did!
We covered everything from prayer and intercession to repentance and reconciliation in the nations.
We focused on how important it is to go “low and slow” (as Heidi Baker puts it), honoring those who are already there and those who have gone before.
We had powerful moments of healing and repentance in our own personal lives as a class, and we finished out the week with intense one-on-one ministry with every student in the school!
Cheri also got to share at their larger community gathering night about the power of prayer and the heart behind OMT, including a short demonstration. She got to share about the powerful story behind the Hawaiian Bible translation, and even got to get a native Hawaiian connected to the Bible in his mother tongue for the very first time!
Thank you SO much for your continued prayer and financial support!
Without you, none of this would be possible!
