Summer News:
Part 1 - LTS!
This summer we had the incredible privilege of hosting 270 leaders from more than 50 nations (with their families!) for the Leadership Training School (LTS.)
This school is given by invitation only to base and ministry leaders from around the globe, who are seeking to pioneer new initiatives such as new bases, crusades, family ministries, etc.
Jeff faithfully served the event by:
recording and producing every session (over 145 hours of teachings!)
designing the entire tech setup, including: building a video wall, setting up livestream for both a nursing mother’s room as well as online access, as well as a system to do simultaneous recording capabilities for four different locations on campus
setting up simultaneous translation for five languages other than English every class time
provided constant tech support and help
… all demonstrating the heart of hospitality through A/V service in a whole new way.
He unintentionally may have set a new standard for how an event can be run. :)
For every session he has also used AI to help transcribe recordings, creating titles, summaries, outlines, descriptions, action points and to highlight Scripture for each session, as well as helping facilitate translation of slideshow presentations for our major languages in the room.
The page that was created for sharing media during the LTS has been viewed over 6400 times so far!
Jeff hopes to use the information gathered from doing this media to be applied to future events to try to help increase the ability for people around the globe to access YWAM teaching.

All three kids were so blessed to be in a phenomenal kids’ program, split by age group and geared specifically towards their own personal growth with Jesus, in missions. Our kids now have best buddies from Indonesia, Cambodia, and Central Asia!
(Some of the families come from highly sensitive security regions, so we can’t publish many photos from this time.)
Cheri was blessed to be invited to participate as a student in the LTS, getting renewed vision for serving in missions, and a fresh heart for seeing God’s heart for hospitality within our Kona campus. She has already been seeing fruit from this time in helping to start the new quarter of incoming students better than we have before, and much more to come!
Although the 8-week in-person segment of the LTS is over, we are still completing the distance learning portion of our commitments as staff and student. Jeff is continuing to facilitate the online distance learning portion of the course, and Cheri is continuing to complete leadership-based assignments, including working on her own hospitality-oriented pioneering project.
Please keep us in your prayers as we seek to continue to empower the mission by facilitating this school, and completing our projects to help see more missions workers SENT all over the globe!
Your support matters! As one of our speakers said, we are raising more laborers into the harvest fields! Your support of us means that we can continue to MULTIPLY missionaries to help complete the Great Commission!
THANK YOU!!!
