This photo was taken after God clearly orchestrated an encounter with an elderly lady. This day was hot and there wasn't much of a breeze to cool us down - important because the lady we prayed for at this store had no reason to want to sit in the doorway of her house. She was in her mid 70's and suffering from "Old Age": failing eyesight, back pain and arthritis (if I remember correctly). Her family said that she never asks to sit outside but today she was insistant. We stopped to talk with her and offer prayer. This day we had seen quite a few miracles so we were eager to see what God would do for her. Once we had talked to her we prayed for her. She said that she felt unusually hot while we were praying for her. So we got to share with her about the Holy Spirit and talk to her about God and church. This encounter was great but the exciting thing was that we ended up staying on this corner for another 20-30 minutes praying and ministering to her family and a few people who came up to the store. It always surprises me what God will start with a simple yes.Day 3 - Street encounters can mean the world to people. This photo was taken after God clearly orchestrated an encounter with an elderly lady.
